Good communication and organizational skill Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities( hiring, recruiting, monitoring employee performance ). Develop and arrange Employee Training and managerial relations at workforce. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures, benefit Analysis and disciplinary action Assist in day to day administration tasks, answering the telephone or referring inquiries. Coordinate and schedule delivery with store, including transport arrangement. Provide store, and production on latest update on customer orders. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office management/services (include courier arrangement) Provide general office support to staff in the office. STPM/A Level or Equivalent. Required Skill(s): Proficient in MS office especially Excel, word and Power Point. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, dedicated and responsible Able to work independently and under pressure with high degree of confidentiality Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
